Welcome to the Abhyaas Founder`s Lounge ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the Alumni Referral Program ("Program") provided by Abhyaas Educational Institute.

By accessing our website or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Abhyaas Founder`s Lounge Program, you must:

• Be a verified alumnus of Abhyaas Educational Institute
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Complete the registration and verification process
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may deny or revoke participation at our sole discretion.

3. Program Overview

The Abhyaas Founder`s Lounge is an alumni referral program that allows participants to earn rewards by referring potential students to Abhyaas Educational Institute. Participants receive points based on specified actions taken by their referrals, such as registration, verification, enrollment, and fee payment.

4. Referral Process

After registration and verification, participants will receive a unique referral link or code. This link/code must be used by the referred student during their registration process to associate the referral with the participant's account.

Participants are prohibited from:

• Misrepresenting the Program or making false promises
• Spamming or engaging in unsolicited mass communication
• Creating fake accounts or referrals
• Using deceptive practices to generate referrals

5. Rewards and Points

Participants earn points based on the following milestones:

• Lead Registration: 50 Points
• Verification: 100 Points
• Enrollment: 250 Points
• Fee Payment: 500 Points
• Course Completion: 200 Points

Additional bonus points may be awarded for special promotions or high-demand courses.

Points can be redeemed for rewards as per our rewards catalog. The redemption process and available rewards may change from time to time at our discretion.

6. Account Management

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Abhyaas Educational Institute. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the website
