This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases, subscriptions, events, merchandise, and services offered through the Abhyaas Loyalty Club platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Course fees, workshop/event registrations, or digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or an event has commenced, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in a specific program’s terms.
  • If you are charged in error or face a verified technical issue preventing access to paid services, you may be eligible for a refund upon validation.
  • Merchandise (if applicable) is eligible for refund or replacement only for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

2. Request Window

  • Refund requests for digital services must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Event registration cancellations (if permitted) must be requested at least 48 hours before the event start time.
  • Merchandise return/refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloaded digital content, consumed services, or partially attended events.
  • Customized or perishable merchandise (if any) unless defective on arrival.
  • Convenience charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes are generally non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support with your order/transaction ID and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Provide relevant proof (screenshots, delivery photos, error messages) where applicable.
  3. Our team will review within 5–7 business days and update you on eligibility and next steps.

5. Processing & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Timelines may vary based on your bank, card issuer, or payment partner.

6. Cancellations

  • Subscription or service cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
  • Event cancellations (if offered) may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund based on the program’s specific terms.
